Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 August 2026

1. About us

WorkEurope ("we", "us") is a service operated by Work Across Europe, registered in the Republic of Serbia, with its registered address at Zmaj Ognjena Vuka 24, Novi Sad, Serbia. Company registration number: 21935204. Tax/VAT identification number: 113850129.

We operate the website workacrosseurope.com, a digital platform that connects job seekers with verified employers in Serbia and other European countries. You can reach us at support@workacrosseurope.com or on WhatsApp at +381 61 161 6256.

2. The service

WorkEurope provides digital access to job listings, application tools, employer contact information and self-service document checklists, templates and links to official government sources. The service is delivered online, immediately after payment, and is organised in steps. Each step unlocks additional digital content and features.

We are an information and software service only. We are not an employer, a licensed employment or recruitment agency, a law firm, or an immigration adviser. We do not prepare, file, submit or represent visa, work permit or residence applications, and we do not contact authorities or embassies on your behalf. All submissions are made by you. We do not guarantee a job offer, an interview, a work permit, a visa or entry into any country; those decisions are made solely by employers and the competent authorities.

We never charge candidates a placement, recruitment or success fee. All amounts you pay are for access to digital content and tools.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that submit false information, abuse the service or violate these terms.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed on our Pricing page and are shown before you confirm any payment. Candidate steps are one-time payments; employer plans may be recurring where clearly indicated. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as merchant of record and issue your invoice. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.

Access to the purchased digital content is granted immediately after successful payment.

5. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Recurring employer plans can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to resell, scrape, copy or publish job data, employer contacts or other content from the platform; not to upload false documents; and not to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

7. Intellectual property

All content, branding and software on the platform remain our property or the property of our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use the purchased content for your own job search.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for decisions taken by employers, authorities or embassies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after the change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Questions or complaints can be sent to support@workacrosseurope.com and we will reply within 2 business days.

Information about how we handle personal data, our subprocessors and international transfers is available in our Data Protection & Subprocessors page and our Privacy Policy.
