WorkEurope is an online information service that connects workers from Bangladesh, Nepal and other countries with employers who have listed roles on the platform in Serbia and across Europe. We check the details of each listing, not the outcome of your application. We provide listings, employer contact details and self-service document checklists. We are not a recruitment or immigration agency.

We focus on Serbia and nearby EU countries such as Poland, Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, Czech Republic, Malta and Latvia.

What kind of jobs are available?

Mostly construction, factory, warehouse, hotel and hospitality, and general labour roles. New verified jobs are added every week.

Do I need to speak English?

Basic English helps you communicate on site and improves your candidate score, but many jobs accept beginners too.

How much does it cost to apply?

The platform is split into small steps. Step 1 (profile) is free. Step 2 (browse jobs) €19, Step 3 (job details & apply) €49, Step 4 (employer contact) €149 and Step 5 (relocation document toolkit) €299. You only pay for the next step when you're ready, and we never charge a placement or recruitment fee.

It keeps the platform clean of unserious applicants, so employers respond faster and you get real interviews instead of ghost jobs.

Can I get a refund?

If a job you paid to contact turns out to be filled or invalid, contact support@workacrosseurope.com and we'll credit you to another job.

What documents do I need?

A valid passport is required for most jobs. Depending on the role and country you may also need police clearance, medical check, CV in English and a photo.

I don't have a passport yet — can I still register?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can create your profile and browse jobs. For the employer contact and relocation document steps a valid passport is normally required by employers.

How do I upload documents?

After Step 3 you can upload documents from your dashboard. All files are stored securely and shared only with the employer you apply to.

Do you handle visa applications?

No. We do not file, submit or represent visa applications, and we are not immigration advisers or a licensed employment agency. Step 5 (€299) unlocks a digital toolkit: document checklists, editable templates, preparation timelines and links to official government and embassy pages that you use yourself.

How long does the process usually take?

Authorities publish typical timelines of 4-12 weeks depending on the country. Those are official figures, not commitments from us — timing is decided entirely by the relevant authorities.

Will I have to visit an embassy myself?

In most cases yes. Our checklist points you to the official embassy page so you can see the requirements yourself. All appointments and submissions are made by you.

Is accommodation included?

Most construction and factory jobs include employer-provided accommodation, often shared rooms close to the work site. Hotel jobs sometimes include staff housing.
