Working in Poland

Poland recruits widely in manufacturing, construction and logistics, often with employer-arranged accommodation near the site.

Sectors that recruit most

Demand is steady in production and site work.

  • Manufacturing and assembly plants
  • Construction and finishing trades
  • Warehousing and logistics
  • Hospitality in larger cities

Pay and hours to confirm

Listings often quote an hourly or monthly gross rate. Confirm the number of guaranteed hours, how overtime is paid, and whether accommodation and transport to the site are included.

Documents employers usually request

Requirements vary per employer. Verify the current list with the employer and the official authorities.

  • A valid passport with enough remaining validity
  • A signed job offer or employment contract from the employer
  • Proof of qualifications or work experience for the role
  • Accommodation details, when the employer provides housing
  • Any health or criminal-record certificate the employer asks for
