Driver jobs in Europe

Transport companies recruit truck, van and bus drivers across Europe. Licence recognition is the main hurdle, so check it before you apply.

Roles that appear most

  • International truck drivers (category CE)
  • Regional and distribution drivers (category C)
  • Van and delivery drivers (category B)
  • Bus and coach drivers (category D)

Licences and recognition

Employers state the licence category and whether professional driver qualifications are required. Ask early whether your licence can be exchanged or recognised, and confirm this with the official authorities of the country.

Pay structure

Driver pay often combines a base salary with daily allowances for time on the road. Ask how allowances are calculated and how many days per month you are expected to be away.
